It draws up the draft annual budget, which the Treasurer presents and submits to the Board of Directors. It examines the annual accounts, checks that they are in line with the approved budget, and gives an advisory opinion on certain exceptional expenditure (marketing initiatives, projects requiring significant investment, etc.). It decides on the appropriateness of financial investments.

The Treasurer, Julien DERUDDER, chairs the committee. He is supported by the General Delegate and the Accountant. 

The members of the committee are: Damien CHANU (CMA CGM), Benoît de LA MOTTE (GMP), François GUÉRIN (TN), Ludovic PERROUELLE (STE COOPERATIVE DU LAMANAGE), David VARIN (WALON).
