MARKETING ASSISTANT
The marketing assistant helps to promote a company’s products or services by carrying out various tasks within the marketing team. They ensure that products are relevant and available on the market, and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns as well as consumer behaviour. The marketing assistant also helps to design promotional materials and tools.

Education and training
Two years’ higher education (Bac + 2) – a range of BTS qualifications, including Operational Sales Management, Communication and Management Support
Two years’ higher education: a range of Bachelor’s degrees (BUT), including Information and Communication / Multimedia and Internet Professions / Business and Public Administration Management; DEESMA (European Diploma in Higher Studies in Marketing)
Other qualifications awarded by business schools (equivalent to a three-year to five-year degree), such as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Master’s degree in Marketing
Sectors and organisations
Marketing assistants work within a company or in a recruitment or consultancy firm.
