HAROPA PORT and SOGET win the Digital Innovation Award

At the 14th ‘Port of the Future’ Conference on 24 and 25 September 2024 in Dunkirk, Haropa Port and SOGET were awarded the Digital Innovation Trophy for My ETA, the result of their joint efforts to develop this innovative solution.

The EasyPort Economic Interest Group (GIE) has developed this application, which improves the reliability of forecasts for ships’ arrival and departure times.

This tool, based on advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and utilising data from SOGET and HAROPA’s Port Community System (S) One, also enables the tracking of goods using a container number.

Visibility of the goods’ journey

Estimated dates are updated with actual dates, providing full visibility of the goods’ journey for all stakeholders in the supply chain.

The application’s performance will be improved by taking into account unforeseen events (weather, geopolitical tensions, etc.).

It is worth noting that Le Havre will host the next edition of the ‘Assises du port du futur’ conference in 2025.
