Joint New Year’s Greetings Ceremony
The joint New Year’s reception organised by SeinePort Union and Haropa Port in collaboration with UMEP, Synerzip-LH and GHAAM provided an opportunity to bring together partners, staff and local stakeholders in a prestigious setting in a warm and friendly atmosphere, whilst also launching the first edition of the Axe Seine Prize, the result of collaboration between Haropa and SeinePort Union.
The event took place at the André Malraux Museum of Modern Art in Le Havre, offering guests a breathtaking view of the permanent collections as well as the new exhibition ‘Ports en vue’, for an enriching cultural experience.
Awards ceremonies punctuated the evening, celebrating the talent, initiatives and collaborations that contribute to the dynamism of the AxeSeine region.
Through the Axe Seine Award, the organisers sought to highlight exemplary achievements, celebrate those who bring our port region to life and demonstrate that Axe Seine is an exceptional economic driver.
Four categories were honoured:
- Logistics,
- Industry,
- Tourism and Passenger Transport,
- Grand Prix, reserved for the initiative that best embodies the excellence and innovation of the Axe Seine.
Congratulations to the winners
🏅 Distri Cash (Distri Cash Accessoires Group), represented by Brice LEFEBVRE and Alexis BEUZELIN, Site Manager at Grand Couronne, has won the ‘Logistics’ prize, presented by Florence BOUTMY,Vice-President of the Paris Port Authority and David GIBOUDEAU/President of GHAAM.
🏅 Générale de Manutention Portuaire, represented by Louis JONQUIERE, Managing Director, won the “Industry” prize for its digital twin project (a real-time 3D digital representation of terminal operations), presented by Olivier CLAVAUD, Chair of SYNERZIP-LH, and Erwan LE MEUR, Chair of the Seine Aval Port Authority.
🏅 Vedettes de Paris, represented by Marie BOZZONI, Managing Director, won the ‘Tourism-Passengers’ award for the electrification of four of its five vessels and the transformation of the company into a ‘mission-driven enterprise’, presented by Gilles KINDELBERGER, President of the Rouen Port Union, and François GUERIN, Vice-President of UMEP.
🏅 RTE Réseau de Transport d’Électricité, represented by Aymeric COTREL, Director of Public Affairs for the ‘Energy Transition of the Seine Loops’ project, winner of the ‘Grand Prix de l’Axe Seine’, presented by Emmanuèle PERRON, Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board of HAROPA PORT, and Edouard PHILIPPE, Mayor of Le Havre and Chair of Le Havre Seine Métropole.
