Hervé Berville’s practice has been officially established

Hervé BERVILLE was reappointed in January 2024 to his post as State Secretary for the Sea and Biodiversity. His cabinet is now officially in place.

Brice Huet has just been appointed Chief of Staff and David Harel will be his deputy. Pierre-Emmanuel Cangah becomes Head of Cabinet.

The Secretary of State has seven advisers: Côme Billard has been appointed adviser on fisheries and aquaculture, and sector transformation.

Marie Lehouck has been appointed adviser on the conservation and restoration of terrestrial biodiversity. Anaïs Mandin, former head of the Taxation and Budget Office at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, has been appointed adviser on agroecological transition.

Jules Plat has been appointed adviser on parliamentarians and local elected representatives. Anne-Sophie Roux has been appointed adviser on civil society mobilisation and international relations. 

Nicolas Siongellos, the only member to have been part of Hervé Banville’s former team, has been appointed adviser on fleet transitions, social models and overseas territories.

Anastasia Wolff has been appointed adviser on resilient water and marine environment management.
